Swedes from the Slum—a film about Roma children who were adopted into Sweden—and Jan and Martina convey a strong social message. On the other hand, Tereza – the Charge of Love—the portrayal of a well known Slovak translator—and The Calling—a film about the life in the monastery—present more intimate stories. And the selection is completed by the television portrait of an important composer Svetozár Stračina.
