Cinema ClubA student film inspired by the work of Egon Hostovský portrays the escape of the main character from the seat of a totalitarian state, where he is constantly consumed by fear and paranoia of arrest threatening him as a writer. This experimentally styled film-journey is shot using a “spontaneous method” on a “diary-like” Super 8 mm camera, with the author placing key importance on the immediate ability to capture fleeting beauty.
