The Teacher’s Lounge

Carla is a maths and sports teacher and is new not only to the school but also to work in general. As soon as she starts, she discovers that thefts are taking place. She could put up with this state of affairs, but that is exactly what she doesn’t want to do. Driven by her still unbroken idealism, she launches into an investigation and is met with uncomprehension, especially from her colleagues, parents and students. Moreover, the main suspect is the mother of her pupil Oskar. Carla begins to realize that her ideals can hardly be reconciled with reality.
