Between the Temples

While Ben, a cantor at his Jewish temple who still lives with his two mothers, is losing his faith and his voice, his former music teacher Carla has decided to discover hers. These two lost souls, who are both teacher and student to each other, grow closer than they might have expected, much to the chagrin of their families. A bittersweet comedy that asks what it means to be a mensch.
