Countdown – The Last Film of Ivan Palúch

A film about one of the most important personalities of Slovak acting—the actor Ivan Palúch. In 1969, Ivan Palúch starred in three feature films screened at the highly prestigious Cannes Film Festival. Two of them were in the main feature film competition: Michael Kohlhaas – The Rebel by Volker Schlöndorff, It Rains in My Village by Aleksandar Petrovic and the third in the non-competitive section: Marketa Lazarova by František Vláčil.
