Tata Bojs

Tata Bojs is an alternative music group from Prague, the Czech Republic. It was formed in 1988 and has already won several Golden Angel Awards. Mardoša and Milan Cais are the founding members and the other permanent members of the group are Vladimír Bár, Dušan Neuwerth and Jiří Hradil. At the end of last year, after five years, they released a new album called Jedna Nula (One Zero). You will be able to enjoy the songs from this album at the concert in Piešťany. “We agreed on the title of the album at the very end of its creation. We had many different options, but in the end, Jedna Nula seemed to us the most suitable or several reasons. More levels of the meaning are connected here. It reflects the fact that this is our tenth album, but even more important for us is the symbolism of contrast, which is latently present in the lyrics and music on the album. The numbers zero and one follow each other in the sequence of numbers, but basically zero represents nothing and one represents something, which is a hidden reference to some parts of the lyrics, for example in the songs Velký třesk, Vlasní brácha or Minoritní”, explains the concept of the album Milan Cais.
