DJ Lion Dee

DJ Lion Dee—a passionate collector of records—originally comes from Trenčín, but for some years now has been living in Bratislava. His beginnings go back to the 1990s. He fully started DJ-ing in 2001, when he started playing at local clubs Leeloo and Area 51. The years 2001 and 2002 were a breakthrough for him—he played at the Beefree Festival. He also got to the club Radosť, where he played house and breakbeat. In 2005, he started together with DJ Wychitawacs in Klub Lúč a regular DnB party Breaking Soundz. Under this name, DJ Lion Dee recorded 14 sets that you can find on his mixcloud. He played his sets at festivals such as Hodokvas, Pohoda, Rotor Jelenec, Třinecké kilowatty, Tankodrum etc. Another breakthrough came when he moved to Bratislava in 2010. With his set Freestylaz Selectaz he impressed people in NuSpirit and so he used to have in NuSpirit Bar his own night called Dee Stylaz.
